Is there a religion where the worship is based around werewolfs, such as Vampirism or Temple of the Vampire where the worship is based on vampires?
If so, can you link me to any websites on this. Or explain about it?
Thanks,
COF

I can't wait for the "explain" part.....for either of them.

I've never heard of such a thing, except the little bands of vampires that you get among U.S. teenagers.
It's interesting that your U.S. vampires seem to be mainly from the South... Maybe because the South is more religious.

I believe our werewolves also have a southern drawl.

Some "otherkin" weenies believe they are werewolves and vampires and elves and such*. Some say otherkin qualifies as a religion.
(I don't, I say its its own breed of crazy.)
*Also all sorts of animals, dragons, gryphens, hybrids of any aforementioned categories, and... seriously... videogame characters.

Me too. With all these werewolves and fairies in existence, we normal humans are going to face some serious interspecific competition sometime in the future. :D
Tongue-in-cheek twisting of your words, of course. I think that otherkin is one of those mythic ideas that is only archetypally true, but tends to be mistaken for literal truth by the typical otherkin.

I blame Vampire and the other World of Darkness games.

How do you know they're not literally true?

They might be, I'm just saying that I don't have a positive belief that they are. Otherkin just seems like the kind of idea that could make sense if it were watered down enough.
I once posted on an otherkin thread on a pagan board, throwing out the archetype idea. One otherkin responded that he did sometimes think of it that way, but other times was inclined to take it more literally.
My point, I suppose, is that although otherkin is a crazy idea in the sense of wacky and apparently unlikely to be true, I don't judge the people as being crazy. The psychiatrists themselves can't figure out what to make of otherkin, so since I'm not obligated to come up with a layman's opinion about whether they're crazy, I may just as well not attempt it.

Wow...semi-organized craziness.
Hell, I'm a freak'n furry, and I think these people are nuts. Including the furries that wear ears and a tail all the time or spend absurds amounts of money on costumes.
I'm probably just have a very minor case of furriness, where just my alter-ego is furry. But I'm sane enough to know that my alter-ego is just a made up character that I sometimes RP as when I need some amusement.
