Alright... I've wanted to get into weather or astronomy for a very long time as my academic majors. What I'm asking is if anyone knows any colleges in the New Jersey or Pennsylvania area (even New York) that has Astronomy or Atmospheric Sciences programs.

Also, what is the difference between Astronomy and Astrophysics? If I go into Astronomy, I want to go in with a strong concentration on Cosmology.

I have been researching on my own, too, but I'm just seeing if anyone else has any other opinions or information. Any information is useful. :)

It sounds like you're interested in a planetary science concentration. The best university in the mid-atlantic for that would probably be Cornell.

There is no difference between astronomy and astrophysics degrees.
