Due to circumstances beyond his control, Chris Weimer has been granted a 3 week extension for him to make his opening statement. The new deadline is now July 1.

Regretfully, I have to announce that the formal discussion has been cancelled. I should acknowledge that I, as the moderator, take some responsibility in this. In the FDP forum Chris and Peter decided on a start date that was more than a month in the future. Circumstances can change significantly after a month and I should have asked for the parameters to be re-confirmed as the start date approached. I will take precautions to prevent situations like this from happening in the future.
