Not exactly what I thought at first. Apparently some fundy(who else ) joker got a hold of the PA system at Ft. Lauderdale International Airport and did a little number of homosexuality. Fortunately, that person isn't very smart because there are cameras everywhere and they're going to find out who it was and fire them. Either that or they don't care, you know...they're martyrs for god or something.

Could this be seen as terroristic threatening? I mean, we already had one type of incident where fundy meets planes... or would it be an irrational fear to equate the warm and fuzzy homegrown fundy with such a savage thing?

I know this may not be the same thing, but if someone left a bookbag next to a sign which said "Thou shalt not kill" in front of an abortion clinic, sure as shit that is terroristic threatening since the bookbag could be seen as an IED, thus terrorizing the workers of the building involved. But to announce a verse with a clear message of punishment... Are they equivalent on any level? Deemed as hate speech?

I would not have been surprised if a bomb had gone off afterward.

It probably would have been prudent to shut the place down and search it.

Recently we had an attempted bombing of a womens clinic here
in the Austin area.
