So, I saw one of these at a Staples store today, and I tried it out. I pressed the button, and rubbed it on my hand. All I felt was a calming vibrating, the same thing you'd expect from a massager machine/trinket. SO WTF DO THEY MEAN BY "POSITIVELY CHARGED ENERGY"??? Is it just to lure the unsuspecting customer into the trap?

They are just trying to appeal to new age idiots. It's obviously nothing more than a regular massager/vibrating piece of plastic.

Loaded fucking words trying to get people to feel a certain way about their massager. And as Caine said, the "positive energy" crap is to appeal to New-Age morons.
