Has anyone dealt with the "National Council on Bible Curriculum in Public Schools"?

This group (http://www.bibleinschools.net/sdm.asp) had some representative(s?) attend my old high school's school board meeting recently. Obviously I am extremely skeptical of their claims and aims, and it seems that the rep spread some standard fundy rhetoric (USA = an Xian nation from the beginning, etc).

Has anyone dealt with the "National Council on Bible Curriculum in Public Schools" before? Who (as in big-name fundies) are they tied to, if anyone?
