The last time non-Muslims tried to host an interfaith summit, they were threatened to death by Islamofascist mobs.

Or they might just be bigots. I incline toward the bigot theory.

I believe St. Francis of Assisi attempted to convert the Sultan. He didn't succeed, but then neither did the Crusades, and the efforts by St. Francis at least didn't cut short the lives of hundreds of thousands of people.
