 In the face of irredeemable evil, why not acknowledge a limited god or polytheism? According to Bertocci and Brightman, god is limited in that the "Given," the part of Him corresponding to our faulty parts, keeps Him from dong all He wants to do good for humanity. That fits the empirical demand to show an attribute of His. Then agains, polytheism accounts for the imperfection and evil we see in that different gods would be at loggerheads with each other. :banghead: :snooze:

What empirical evidence is there to support the existence of any sort of god; limited or otherwise?

Additionally, what is irredeemable evil and why must it be answered with the existence of multiple Gods as opposed to one or none?
