I thought the theists weren't too bad. I mean, it took a whole 10 minutes before one them brought up the Nazis :rolleyes:

Just from logical/comprehension/philosophical standpoint those 3 theists were just appalling and embarassing, is this really all they have to offer?

I did not understand the psychology guy - he said that the OT god was a nature god - was he actually a theist? His conclusion was chicken licken - the sky will fall in without religion - (but which one?)

And the Jesuit woman used the arguments the catholic archbish is using - Dawkin's God is not the God we believe in, the importance of following the church who knows stuff, and it is about a transcendent relationship with god.

Anyone got concise responses to those?

Kind of interesting that at the start of the video, they talk about divine goodness and show people working at a food bank, handing out coats to homeless people, etc. Then there's video of Warren Buffett announcing he will be giving billions to The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to develop cures and provide vaccinations for disease. I wonder if they know that Buffett and Gates are both atheists? Just goes to show you absurdity of the notion that one needs God to be moral. How do Christians explain that?
