crop circle duplication

It is claimed that crop circles were created by a couple of hoaxsters.

Here are my two questions:

1) Have the two hoaxsters ever created publicly another crop circle - have they proved their claim?

2) Has anybody else ever created a crop circle as an experiment that is complex (not just a silly circle...)

I've seen it done many times on T.V., it really isn't that difficult.
I never understand why somepeople would assume symbols in grain fields would be from outer space creatures. Certainly no one who has a background in astronomy.
