Another vote for "unconstitutional", which is the main issue. Though I also think he's acting criminally by violating a court order, and doing so because of his fanatical xian beliefs, and should be removed from the bench for gross dereliction of duty.

Yeah. The "How Would You Define Your Spirituality?" poll had a whopping 13 out of 2586 respondants reporting "atheist or agnostic" and 11 as "non Christian religion." The rest were flavors of Xtianity.

That site ort to prove fruitful for entertainment purposes and a good cry occasionally in the future. Thanks for the link. :)

D'oh! It's too late. That poll is apparently now closed. The new one is about what the US should do if Saudi involvement in 9/11 is true.

Count me in on developing alternative fuel sources (and perhaps some of the other options).
