Would it be possible to convert the Secular Web Radio Shows to a downloadable mp3 or wav format? I liked most of the shows and I would like to play them in my car radio, which can play mp3s, or with my friend's portable mp3 player.

I see. Is it a matter of not having time? If so, then I'd be willing to do it on my own, provided someone tell me how to convert Real Audio to mp3.

My "It doesn't look as if this is a project that we are going to undertake" response was based more on an apparent lack of interest, however I will mention your suggestion again.

At this point, I don't even know if your suggestion is technically feasible. There is the matter of conversion, but then there is also the matter of making the mp3 files available for download, which may or may not involve technical and security issues (about which I know nothing).

In any case, I'll see if I can find out more.

Bill has looked into this, and it looks as if it is probably doable. It seems that there is a shareware program that can do the conversions and Bill says that he will do the work--if he can get to the original audio files.

So we'll see what happens . . .
