Don, I was skimming your article, BIBLICAL PRECEPTS: QUESTIONABLE GUIDELINES (http://www.infidels.org/library/modern/donald_morgan/precepts.shtml), and when I followed the link for the last entry ("1 JN 1:9-11 Do not allow anyone into your house who is not a fellow believer."), it brought up that passage on BibleGateway's site.
So far, so good. However, that passage doesn't relate to the topic on your page. I believe the passage you intended to cite is 2 John 9-11 instead.
