Crawling Chaos

Has anyone here seen this? I have recently started reading up on eastern philosophy and religion, and this movie seems to reflect certain ideas by Thich Naht Hanh in the Miracle of Mindfulness. The reason I am not posting this in the media forum is because I would like to hear from others familiar with eastern themes about their reaction to the film. If you haven't seen it, I strongly recommend it. It seems to be fairly easy to find at most video stores such as blockbusters or hollywood video.

No, I haven't seen it but I would like to after reading about it here only because philosophical movies with good character development are hard to come by:
http://www.artlic.com/films/afterlife.html (Artistic License Films: "After Life" and what looks like other equally excellent movies! )
The sage wisdom sayings that came to my mind after reading about this movie was the ancient saying (I think it was Epictetus) who said 'The unexamined life isn't worth living' and the more recent 'What is essential is invisible to the eye' a quote from St. Exupery's children's book 'The Little Prince.' I think it's important to have philosophies which encompass and enrich one's sense of meaning and capacity to appreciate and interact with others and to always be learning and trying new things: otherwise, you just might end up like Watanabe with a history of a largely uneventful life towards the end of your natural existence.
As for a parallel afterlife, wouldn't that be interesting if it was a known fact of reality? I have a close friend who claims direct experience either by himself or with at the most 5 others of seeing and interacting with ghostly people so aside from a temporal lobe disturbance or 'mass hysteria' as the cause I think if such things were scientifically proveable and/or experiencing such things myself, that would be really something else on the order of 'Far Out Man!'
PS: I tried to find it at http://www.moviesunlimited.com at first since they have such a huge selection of films of every genre and failing that, went to google.com, that's how I found the link above which also offers a mailing list for those interested. Enjoy!
