Mr. Price -
After reading your article "By This Time He Stinketh," I just wanted to tell you that I know from personal experience how frustrating it is to discuss these exact issues with a Christian. A Christian friend and I spent a lot of time discussing these issues by e-mail and her arguments were exactly the same as Craig's - so much so that the more I've read about Craig since then, the more I think she lifted her reasoning right from his pages.

In particular, your rebuttal of Craig regarding the 'flesh and blood' vs. the 'spiritual body' dilemma could have been almost word for word our discussion.

In the end after a couple years of back-and-forth talks over various Biblical problems such as these (and including these), she accused me not only of having a bad, hostile attitude, but of knowing nothing about hermeneutics, history or linguistics. We are still friends, but we no longer discuss religious or philosophical topics.

Anyway, I wanted to thank you for your interesting and validating article.

Sincerely,
Mary.
