1. Theism vs. Atheism, Team Debate.
or
2. Theism & Agnosticism vs. Strong Atheism, Team Debate
Supporting the atheistic position will be myself and Franc Tremblay. Waiting for willing opponents. The technical information can be decided out once the opposing team is worked out.
Thanx.

Sorry, but we've decided not to permit "tag team" debates. We tried it once and it really was a headache for the both the participants and the moderators. All my concerns I expressed prior to the debate were justified as it progressed:

If you want a multi-participant debate then it's best to stick to the regular fora.

Usually it is the case that one person will affirm a position and the other will take the negative and oppose. Debates can also be set up where each participant presents both a positive case and defense for their particular position along with a critique of the opposing position. Multi-participant formal debates (i.e. "tag teams") are not permitted. The exception would be a 3-way debate/discussion (see #10).
I'll leave this thread open if you wish to set up a regular one one one debate.

Hrmm, well, that kinda sucks.
Could we set it up here, and host it on another forum (of ours)?
Would that be acceptable?

Probably not. :( FDP is meant for setting up debates only on the IIDB. You can try the EoG forum to set up your debate, but I'd recommend asking a mod there first before proceeding.
